Mr. Thorstad returned my call the same day after my initial inquiry last week and immediately scheduled a visit to my home the following afternoon. He was super professional, honest, and really made me feel like a priority. Mr. Thorstad did a walk through of my property and after evaluating the scope of the work, his price came out to a fraction of what other companies were trying to charge. Not only that, he had a crew out the next day thereafter to start the job. Separately, I was also dealing with a situation with another dumpster company, leading me to rent a second one, adding on miscellaneous fees and struggling to get a response and pick up times. It was not his job to do so, but Mr. Thorstad took that part on and began to contact the dumpster company on my behalf to mediate and ensure they were removed from the property and no further charges were incurred. I cannot thank him enough for that and really shows how he goes above and beyond for his clients. Even with experiencing heavy rain, he still managed to complete the job in two work days. He then did a final walk through of everything to ensure I was 100% happy with everything. Being new to the area, I was blessed to come across his company - he truly made this entire process from beginning to end very seamless and I cannot wait to see the final product of our new home once we move on to the next steps. I explained I had a need for prompt service for a small job.They were able to schedule into the following day, they showed up on time and completed with quality work neatly performed. They not only did the work requested , but trimmed landscape materials that needed attention. Not only did they complete the work described, they had to overcome an entry gate that was not working properly. We will not hesitate in calling them fr a larger project we have planned for the fall
